- X-ray translucent;
- Compatible with most head immobilizers, angled edges for log-rolling;
- Slick surface for easy transfer, convex underside for quick hold up;
- One-piece, foam inside and circle handholds around; Two handles on the top of head part to allow for more stable transport;
- Impervious to all bodily fluids and easy to decontaminate;
- It is good buoyant, and if by dint of other floating tools can bear one patient on the water;
- 170kg load capacity, and if weight averagely with 300kg won't broken;
